PLEASE NOTE:

REFUNDS: Administration fees and donations are non-refundable. Returns/Refunds are accepted for merchandise purchases or items purchased via the clinic by prior arrangement within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Please contact us if you need to return an item

DELIVERY: Goods ordered from the merchandise shop or from the clinic will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Parcels weighing under 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail, parcels weighing more than 2kg will be delivered by Parcel Force

POSTAGE: Postage is added in accordance with the weight of your parcel
