My name is Ruby and I have terrible anxiety. Rehoming me was never an option because I simply wouldn't cope with any more changes so the lovely Bulldog Rescue Foster lady said I should stay with her

I have to take anti depressants but I'm much happier now I know that everything is going to be OK

MOST RECENT UPDATE

I have been teaching Ruby to 'dance' when she has a treat.  She gets very excited to have a treat, lifting her front legs up and down, jumping up, sitting down and getting up again so I tried adding a cue word to her actions.  Now, she waits for the cue word & then 'dances'..We are now working on her 'dancing' at random and although not quite there yet, mostly she will perform her little trick and of course, expects her treat
