GLUCOSE POWDER 600g

For energy and rehydration

Glucose powder has a number of uses

>Head Nodding

Give a dog during or immediately after a head nod, disolve a teaspoon full of powder into a cup of water for the dog to drink (via suringe if necessary)

>Over heating

Can be given to a dog that has suffered a bout of over heating or extreme excitement, give as above or make up into a rehydration mix:

• 500ml of water
• 2 and a half teaspoons of glucose powder
• a quarter teaspoon of salt
• a pinch of bicarbonate of soda

This mixture will keep in the fridge for 24 hours, or make into ice cubes to use as needed.

Add to her drinking water to keep her energy levels up, especially during lactation
